所有的设定，控制和显示都在LCD触摸屏上实现。设计成菜单式结构，在不同页面中，能显示压痕对角线D1和D2，硬度标尺HV或HK，硬度值，试验力，保持时间，测量次数，维氏-洛氏转换值，日期和时间，测量统计，渗碳层硬度梯度曲线图，以及加荷过程等。
在系统设置菜单中，可分别对试验力单位(gf或 N)，LCD背光，日期和时间，涂层分析中的指定硬度等进行设定。通过触摸屏还可以无级调节光源亮度，转动塔台及控制加荷。仪器还具有对测量位置的断电记忆功能和记时装置。通过打印机，可输出测量数据，最大值，最小值，均匀性，平均值和均方差等。
All the setting and display are realized on an LCD touch
screen.
On the LCD touch screen, it is easy and visual to set
hardness scale (HV or HK), date; to select the force
unit (gf or N), force duration; to adjust the background
of LCD and the brightness of illuminating lamp; to operate
the turret; to display and output diagonal lengths of
indentation D1-D2, measured HV or HK hardness values,
statistics (Max, Min, Ave, deviation), converted HRC
values, layer hardness gradient graph, and etc. |
